Incidente de Desacato de la sentencia T-232/11.
La memorialista presentó directamente el incidente ante la Corporación y la Sala de Revisión reitera que es el juez de primera instancia dentro del proceso de tutela, conocer del incidente de desacato y disponer las medidas que eventualmente se requirieren.
Se decide NO ASUMIR el incidente de desacato impetrado y remitir la solicitud al Juzgado Treinta y Siete Civil Municipal de Bogotá, para que determine lo que estime pertinente.
